Our beautiful Clubhouse is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Preparation and serving area with a sink HD TV Dining table with seating Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. For events beginning after office hours, a key fob will need to be picked up prior to your event start time and returned the next day during office hours. Some parking is available on site but it is limited. We recommend using ride share services or car pooling. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
