About the Space

Tasteful modern decor abounds in this light-filled and beautiful newly built home tucked away in a cul-de-sac near Mills College. The newly renovated home offers you the luxury of newly built bathrooms and a new kitchen. The living room has a working fireplace, powerful SONOS speakers, Alexa with apple music or Amazon Prime Music. Around us enjoy a delicious hoagie from Mills Hoagie or some ice cream from Loard's less than a block away. Other restaurants are Old Wing Ping Thai food, or Mexican just at the corner. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

This space is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for our small - medium size film crew and Éli was very responsive for all my needs. I caught myself being distracted by the Craftsmanship of the space and I know a few photographers and filmmakers who would die for a space like this. One favorite feature was how extremely easy it was to load in and load out. Thank you so much for hosting us Éli!

Yes, I would book again.

Space was great. easy to use. Eli was open to us rearranging the house and even provided coffee for us. Great attitude and easy to work with!

Elí was very cool. The house was great. The backyard is huge it allowed us shoot in the living room and then build a big set in the backyard that we would have never been able to do anywhere else.
