About the Space
NYC Studio loft style in the heart of Blagden alley historical district. Much effort was given to preserve this 1870 carriage house’s landmark legacy while remodeling in 2018: hardwood floors throughout, flooded with natural light, gourmet kitchen, Crate & Barrel comfortable lounge. Set back in a quiet corner but from the pulse of Shaw & Logan. 1min walk to convention ctr, 6 to Verizon car, 15 to White H. Perfect fit for off site meetings, training sessions, classes, team building activities, show room, art studio... The space is bright spacious 1000sq ft, totally open and changeable: Boardroom Style : 20 guests Hollow Square Style: 15 guests U Shape Style : 15 guests Auditorium Style: 20 guests Classroom Style : 20 guests Banquet Style : 30 guests Standing audience : 30 guests All A/V supplies available (projector, paper board, smart TVs, wifi, Sound system...) Parking spaces ($20/per day) available right outside (30 spaces available) Breakfast, Lunch, Cocktail, Dinner available upon request

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Great space for our full day meeting. We’ve had these meetings and this was probably the best space. Great to have windows and the space was very cozy. Only thing that could be an issue is only one bathroom.

What can I say? This place was phenomenal!! The owners were pleasant and had everything set up exactly perfect! I would recommend to anyone!!!!!

My team has used this space twice for our annual DC team retreat, it's a perfect space for our 12 person team! Lots of room to gather together and break out into groups, well-stocked kitchen, easy to use AV for presentations, and it's nearby to lunch/coffee spots so folks can leave to grab a bite. We will definitely use the space again.

The space was fabulous! Coffee,tea and snacks for a day long meeting. Comfortable private space. Couches at one end, and flexible space on the other end of the large room.

Perfect space for a retreat! Kindly showed us all of the resources + helped to make sure we connected to all of the things. The drink service was stellar. Would definitely recommend + book again!
