NYC Loft Style Studio in the heart of Blagden Alley Historical District. Much effort was given to preserving this 1870’s landmark carriage house and its legacy while remodeling in 2018. The large space features hardwood floors throughout, tons of natural light, a gourmet kitchen, with two comfortable lounges. The building is set back on a quiet street yet close enough to enjoy the pulse of Shaw & Logan and steps away from the DC Convention Center, a 10 minute walk to the Verizon center and a 15 minutes walk to the White House. The Studio is perfect for off site meetings, training sessions, classes, team building activities, show room, art studio... The Studio is 1000 square feet of open, bright and changeable space. I booked this space for a dinner party with friends and it was one of the best decisions I made. The place was exactly how it was advertised. Beautiful. The host was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Everyone loved the place and I looking forward to booking here again.

So if the rating was only about the venue/space itself, it should get 5 stars because omg the venue was absolutely stunning. The space is perfect to host so many different types of events, the decor is beautiful and it really is setup in a very euro style atmosphere. The 3 star review comes from the host and onsite manager. Don’t get me wrong, they were extremely friendly and accommodating in many ways. However getting in touch with them was extremely hard, it impacted planning a lot. And further, our venue was not ready on time, we received chairs 45 mins into our reservation for our seated brunch which wasn’t great. I do respect that they are working hard and like I said they were accommodating but logistics for me were challenging.

My team and I absolutely loved this space. It was very clean, with different lounge areas and a big open space and TVs for our presentation setup. The kitchen was well stocked and the SIP drinks package was perfect. John and Tom the property manager were very communicative and helpful. Everyone raved about it and we would definitely book it again!

Fantastic space for a board meeting. Easy to set up AV needs and everyone enjoyed having room to spread out. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, etc - more than enough for our group of 20, and added a nice touch to they day. John was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process.
