All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Unique spacious space for photo shoot & filming. Studio big enough for set/prop builds. Artistic environment for pop-up events, art shows & private/corporate events. Ideal for auditions, castings & dance/fitness workshops. Blackout option available for big room. The mirror in the big room can be covered for filming purposes with drape. Private hair & makeup room. Green room. 2 private restrooms + 1 shower. Mini kitchen with refrigerator, microwave & coffee machine. Prop and lighting rentals are available for additional cost ($). 40 + parking spaces. Car/truck roll in loading and unloading area. Conveniently located blocks from Nickelodeon and Disney buildings in Burbank, California. Free Wi-Fi in the entire building. The studio is fully air conditioned for working comfort. Big Room (black room) - $125 hourly Small Room (brick room) - $75 hourly Lounge and Hallway - $100 hourly Green Room - $100 hourly (8+ hour day Green Room is Free) Complete Lock Down of Studio - $500 hourly Outdoor Private Space - $90 hourly

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Mihran K Studios is a fantastic space staffed by the most professional, flexible, and accommodating people. We had a great experience booking the space with Alisa. who let our team come and check out the space prior to our shoot date, and connected me with local vendors to use (we're from out of state). We booked the whole studio for a day, so we took advantage of each space, including the green room and lobby area. Upon arrival, we were provided with several clearly-marked parking spaces, which allowed for an easy load in/out. The Mihran team also had candles lit in each room, which was such a lovely touch and helped set a calming mood before a 10 hr shoot! The team was present for the shoot but kept to the office, and were readily accessible to help with ladders, setting up tables, getting the garage door open, etc. Alisa also helped in connecting us to a local vendor who provided a beautiful and fresh lunch service which was another super helpful touch, again given that we're Boston-based. The footage we captured in the large studio was fantastic - the space provides a great backdrop for whatever you're looking to shoot. We would absolutely book Mihran K. Studios again, and recommend them to anyone looking to produce a shoot with professional dancers.
