SW Las Vegas multi-functional studio for dance, music, video production
About the Space
This spot is a large, 2 story facility that can be used for dance/zumba practice, video production, band practice (some backline and PA is provided), even if you want to live stream your YouTube channel! The studio is separated into 3 main areas: The front room can be used to do quick video production (tables and chairs are available upon request, and some lighting is available too). The main studio room has large mirrors covering the full wall and can be used for dance practice or band practice. There is PA provided, along with a drum set, and some backline. The second floor office can be used for music production, meeting space, or a quiet room if you just need some place where you won't be disturbed. There is also a multitrack digital mixing board by Presonus, along with the ability to set up a recording in any room.

Although cleanliness and safety is our normal protocol at our Venue, we recently enhanced our cleaning protocol and safe distancing according to CDC Guidelines. We have sanitizers and improved air filtration system.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
