About the Space
Private school with space for conferences, presentations, off-site meetings, and classrooms for training or school off-campus classes. 2400 sq. ft. room - 150 persons with folding tables and folding chairs seating. Facility Features: - On-site manager to help coordinate and with the event. - Large 600 Sq. Ft. break area with seating for 70 persons. - Break area with refrigerator, sink, microwave, and vending machines. - Modern Men and Women restrooms. - Wheelchair accessible ground floor access. - Large parking area on site with Handicap Parking. Room Features: - Folding tables and folding chairs. - Whiteboard and markers. - Podium. - High Definition ceiling mounted projectors and retractable screen. - Computer in room. - Built-in sound system with hand-held microphone. - WiFi Network.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was very nice with plenty of seats, tables, and room for our training needs. The space also had enough parking to accommodate our group. Simon our main contact was vey accommodation and helped us to the best of his ability when we had issues. We mainly had trouble with the heat in the room.

Very clean facility. Very accommodating staff. However, we were promised the staff room to be used. During day of event, they did told us we cannot use it and switched our rooms without prior notification.
