The entire space is cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to Million Dollar Modern Luxury in the Old Fourth Ward! The home is a recently constructed and renovated three-story townhome with sleek, modern finishes. The home features a two-story great room, 10+ ft ceilings, three full baths, three living spaces, three rear decks, and a dining room.

Parking description

There is a designated area that can fit 4 vehicles in the rear for our parking. Look on the ground to find white lines making the parking area. There is also plenty of street parking. I would avoid parking directly in front of the house as there is a fire hydrant.

General Rules

No smoking No pets Please park only in the designated spots in the rear and do not block other neighbors. Our home is part of a home owners' association and would be subject to parking fines if not in the correct spot.

Security cameras and recording devices

Only exterior ring cameras for security purposes. No indoor cameras.
