Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. My company booked this venue last week for a professional development day. The space was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. The only issue we had was that they were under stocked with toilet paper and there was an issue keeping up with the garbage. We had a very large party so it's nothing too crazy. Also, we paid the $250 fee to have them set up but ended up doing a large portion of the setup ourselves. We reached out after the event to see if any negotiation could be done on this as our staff had to do such a large part of the set up but they were not willing to compromise. Overall, we had a great time and I would absolutely use this space again.

Steve was very responsive throughout the process and helped facilitate the event. Space was as advertised. We held a hackathon in this space for our group. Access between floors was a bit tricky but manageable and as expected communicated prior to the event.

I hosted a team offsite at this space and we had a great experience. People were on call all day for anything we needed during our event. The space is very versatile and can host many different types of events. I had an easy time working with this space for what I needed with this event.

The space was super large and the hosts were accommodating for our panel event. The venue could use a few tweaks - signs for the restroom, furniture was a bit beat up, and the only access point was two (congested elevators). But for the square footage you get this space is definitely worth the money. We will be back!
