About New Amsterdam Studios
Our space is located in the Historic District of Herndon, VA. The studio space is 525 square feet to be used for your photoshoots, video-shoots, and small events. The space has many large windows to allow ample natural light in. *PLEASE NOTE* set-up and break-down time is included in the hours booked, so please take that into consideration when booking. The studio space is able to be accessed via a keypad entry. After the booking is accepted, details will be sent about how to access the space. *PLEASE NOTE* The studio has video surveillance for security, insurance, and dispute purposes only The backdrops offered are 107” wide. The included colors are black, white, and gray. Additional colors are offered as an add-on for an additional fee (begin booking to see what colors are offered)

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Before each booking, commonly touched surfaces (door knobs, lighting equipment, furniture, etc.) are wiped with Clorox wipes. An air purifier, thermometer, and hand sanitizer is available for use during your booking as well.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
