Beautiful Light! - Clean raw Studio Space Photo Shoots are great here! Art Studio has a long white wall 20” with a 25-foot view towards it at the front and 14’ view from the rest. Nice Friendly Neighborhood - Upper San Antonio District near Lakeshore, Oakland - Great public transit - #62 bus stop at the corner 1 Mile from Lake Merritt Bart #62 or Lyft - Daytime parking is good - Load in is super easy - No Steps - Wide Hinged door - no roll up - but roll in! There is a possibility to use my 600 sq ft music studio as well there is a green screen wall. The music studio is dreamy & filled with our Carnival Parade art and instruments CAPACITY: 30 ppl standing & 10 sitting ** Any sound reinforcement or recording gear would be a separate charge

I am really dedicated to being part of the Solution during this National crisis. I practice safe distancing, wear a mask, etc in my personal and professional life. My mother was a nurse and trained me how to disinfect and clean like a medical professional. I also live in the back apartment, (2 rooms away from the front studio) so safety is very important. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
