About the Space

Stylishly remodeled ranch with 3BR, 2 full baths, large kitchen, screened porch, fire pit & pool. There is also a 40’ Shipping Container Home with a rooftop deck. All sits on 7 very private acres at the top of a mesa in the Hill Country. TheRanch backs up to the 23000 acres Canyonland Preserve. At night the star-filled sky is breathtaking. There is Buddy the 100 lbs dog, Cheese an ornery female Pygmy goat and her two male Pygmy goat caller friends, Berger and Weldon. Great for gatherings, meetings, photo shoots or filming. TheRanch can accommodate up to 80 people for a day gathering and can sleep up to 18 in beds for an over night stay. It is easily accessed off of 183A. There are lots of bright colors that make for excellent backgrounds.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
