All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Get creative in new production and performance space supporting the development of visual and sound experiences, performance, rehearsal, multimedia art, video projection mapping, film making, cinema, screenings, fabrication, large-scale art assembly, education and training in drama in the heart of Fort Point Channel neighborhood. Rental-able space is 1000sq/ft, open and flexible with exposed brick, black curtains, and a glass wall to hallway. 10 minute walk from the Red Line with meter parking and garage nearby. Rental Hours available upon inquiry.

General Rules
No smoking, no pets.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
Guests must leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
A Certificate of Insurance must be provided prior to arrival.
Sound level must be reduced by 9pm and eliminated by 11pm.
No glitter or confetti can be used.
No alcohol service.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Lovely space. Well taken care of with lots of space (which is amazing during Covid). Julia was incredibly responsive and helpful. She even helped out when we were missing an important cord for our shoot. We really loved filming here. Thanks for making things smooth for us!!!

Yes, I would book again.
As a video production company, sometimes budgets don't allow for the use of soundstages and/or a space is needed that provides a particular look or feel. This is my 3rd shoot here and all have been a great experience. There have been no audio issues for the interviews, which is rare not to be stopping for unwanted ambient sound. The brick wall is a nice backdrop and the depth and ceiling height allows for a crew to put up their own backdrops and if needed, I believe there is grid to hang lights. Julia and Sam take the time to make sure all is good and are very accommodating if there is anything you need that can be provided. The only downside is if you need the loading dock as it is pretty high from street level. Perfect if you have a box truck. It still is a minor downside.
