About the Space
Our beautiful Club Room is perfect for any team off-site. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - mini-fridge, sink, large island and bar stools 2 HD TVs Pool table Dining table with seating Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available onsite but can be limited. We recommend car pooling or using ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Erika M. booked a holiday party for 40 people
The space and layout were nice. There was not an onsite manager or concierge on site as discussed, so a resident passing by let us in. It was difficult to find the event space. All-in-all, our team had a great time, but I would recommend the following, reconfirming who the onsite POC will be, and putting the onsite POC in touch with the client, providing a clear layout of how to access the space from the main entrance and loading dock, plus texting any necessary codes, etc.

Host was not responsive space was not accommodating at all. There was no one to help us with entering the club room and no one on site working for that matter. We ended up staring the event late, had guests waiting and a resident let us in. No one had any clue why we were there when we called the numbers provided by the host I asked for my payment back as this was a complete scam with no response. Very frustrated that peerspace has not contacted me back. I will continue to seek explanation as to why this happened.

The host, Lauren was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. The space was very nice, large enough to accommodate our party of 30. We booked the space because it advertised a pool table, but the site did not have a pool sticks, so we were unable to offer our party guest the opportunity to play pool, so we were left with a pool table that was unusable taking up a large amount of space in the middle of the room. We worked around it, but it was a bit disappointing.
