WHAT’S INCLUDED: • Exclusive access to the entire venue • 3500 square feet indoors and 2,100 square feet of outdoor patio space • Audio Visual: Sonos sound system, HD projector, wireless microphone, high speed WiFi, and dimmable track lighting • Furnished private “green” room • (4) 6’ and (4) 8’ banquet tables, plus (1) 8’ wood farm table • (1) gas fire pit and café lights on the patio • (1) coat rack with hangers • Central air (heat and air conditioning) *a minimum of 1 hour is required for both setup and breakdown time RATES • Monday – Friday before 5:00 PM 8 hour rental $1200 - additional hours $150 each • Monday – Thursday after 5:00 PM 8 hour rental $1500 - additional hours $150 each • Friday after 5:00 PM 8 hour rental $2500 - additional hours $225 • Sunday 12 hour rental $2500 - additional hours $225 BAR SERVICE Our exclusive, in-house bar program is designed to accommodate all types of service options and budgets. From seasonally crafted cocktails, to locally sourced wines and microbrews, we have endless possibilities that your guests will enjoy. You are also welcome to provide your own beer and wine, and our OLCC licensed bartenders will pour (corkage fees will apply). CATERING In-house catering, Portland’s best local, organic, and sustainable caterer. AV & LIGHTING Our venue is equipped with a ceiling-mounted HD projector, Sonos sound system, wireless microphone, and dimmable track lights. For events that require additional equipment or upgraded options, we work with amazing companies to support your needs.
