About the Space
Overlooks Hurricane Gulch in San Pedro with bright open spaces and spectacular 180 views of Cabrillo beach, LA Harbor and Vincent Thomas Bridge. Original 40s house was remodeled with additional 2nd floor added. Modern fusion asian-french architecture exudes joie de vivre, world cuisines, lovely wines, music and spirited conversations. This house has great vibes and flair! Wonderful location for shoots with multiple indoor spaces and a large outdoor deck that can accommodate several round tables and catering/rest areas. Host has significant producer experience and understands the needs of filming crews and desire for flexibility.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Stephanie and her husband were welcoming and helped accommodate me and my guests. It was a magical and epic night for Spiritual Cardio's first live event. I plan on booking this location for future events. That view is just breathtaking and the hosts made everyone feel welcome.

Pictures do not do any justice for this beautiful home. Stephanie was so easy to work with and very great with communication. She made my first time experience with Peerspace so great! Her and her family’s home was beyond perfect for my baby shower, they were very welcoming and Accommodating. I would most definitely love to book her home again for any future events.

We were having trouble finding a last minute space to have our reception. Stephanie was not only friendly and hospitable, but incredibly quick, responsive, and helpful in so many ways before, during, and after our event! The house itself was beautifully furnished with all types of artful and high-end touches, but still had a feeling of familiar comfort about it that we really appreciated. Best of all were the views. From 3 different outdoor spaces overlooking San Pedro -- two being balconies on different floors and one being a large deck area -- all of our guests were able to wholly take in serene and absolutely breathtaking views of Cabrillo Beach and the Pacific Ocean. It was the perfect space. Thank you so much Stephanie! We'll always remember this wonderful experience!
