26' Hand-painted Tipi on a Private Ranch

26' Hand-painted Tipi located on a private working horse ranch in Old Agoura adjacent to Chesebro State Park. The Tipi is on a hill and has beautiful views of the surrounding area as well as sunset and moonrise views on either side. The interior of the Tipi is decorated with colorful rugs, pillows and blankets. The exterior of the Tipi has a large farmhouse style picnic table (seats 12 comfortably) and another seating area with hay bales an charming vintage pick up truck. There is a restroom nearby. Fees are on a sliding scale and take into consideration the scope of the shoot and the number of people involved. Please contact us directly for rates. The fee for larger campaigns or video shoots typically slide up per hour depending on wear/tear to ranch and amount of people. Please be as accurate as possible when making a booking to how many people will be in your group. Please make sure you are booking enough time for set-up and break down. We are on the property and if necessary will adjust the booking to reflect time variances through Peerspace. Please note: This is a working horse ranch. You may see horses :) and hear goats, cows,voices, ranch truck and howling coyotes (if you plan on recording). For an extra fee, we do have goats and horses that can be included in your photoshoot/video. Please inquire. There is a power outlet nearby. You may bring a generator. Parking is plentiful inside the ranch - easily accomodates 15-20 cars.
