About the Space
1200 square foot studio with wood floors, lots of natural light. Great for Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Martial Arts, Workshops, Meetings, Parties and other activities. Studio has ballet barres and full wall mirrors. Located 3 min walk from train station, near major highways. Easy street parking. Two bathrooms, a reception with water filter and mini fridge. Fits about 50 people easily for dance parties. CONTACT ME FOR RATES ON MOVEMENT CLASSES THAT DO NOT INVOLVE FOOD/ BEVERAGES.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Teresa is very responsive, caring and very accommodating. Her space is very spacious, we had lot of fun for my son’s birthday party. She even helped us book her acquaintance Teddy (musician) it was great to meet them both.

Teresa was an amazing host, her dance studio was perfect for my 30th birthday party and she did everything she possibly could to make my experience with the space a great one. Teresa is kind, helpful and communication is fantastic. I’d recommend 100%, not easy to find genuinely good people to work with on these platforms sometimes.

Booking with Teresa was a pleasure! Her space was perfect for my best friends baby shower! The room is clean and spacious as were the bathrooms. It was nice for our guests to have a place to hang there coat. The location was good because it's relatively close to route 3. We booked on a Sunday, however parking was slightly difficult, but everyone managed to find a spot. If the need arose I would book with Teresa again!
