About the Space
To be featured in San Diego Home & Garden Magazine in May 2020. Southwest resort feel. The landscape blends with the natural environment and invites nature to come closer. The 4 acres borders on open space area with views of desert plants and cactus. The mountains, with big granite boulders, provides a spectacular backdrop, along with many palo verde trees which hide the view of nearby neighbors. The house interior blends with the outside theme, which includes large glass windows and french doors that invite the light in to nourish many house plants and vines.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Working with James to do a photoshoot at his house was an absolute pleasure, start to finish. Not only is his property BEAUTIFUL, James is kind, accommodating, helpful, and a great communicator. His home and yard has countless spaces to for us to use for our photoshoot, we could have been there for 2 days and still not done it all. Everywhere you look there is something new, fun, and exciting to inspire you. His attention to detail in designing and decorating is home extends to his hospitality where he was always eager to make us feel welcome on both our scout day and during out shoot. You won't regret working with James and shooting at this location. Just make sure you tell him that I said Hi!
