Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our venue has a strict COVID-19 maintenance protocol to ensure everyone is working in a safe space. LTL will have cleaned the locations/basecamp/green rooms/bathrooms prior to your arrival and restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized regularly. Trash cans and sanitation stations will be provided. All add-ons such as props and golf carts will be sanitized before use, if inquired. All trash must be removed and thrown away by the production. ALL Locations being used must be cleaned and swept before leaving the premises. To ensure safety, LTL requires every guest/production member to wear a mask at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Welcome to La Tuna Locations!! This is my family's home, we moved here over 55 years ago, three generations! Fully accommodated and serviced home -- Our Chalet is the perfect location for your "Cabin in the Woods" type of production right here in LOS ANGELES, CA making it a ONE OF A KIND SPACE!! My family remodeled this home in the late 1980s, this sweet little loft chalet is perfect for any Idaho/Big Bear/Wyoming type of getaway! Over 21,000 square-feet of parking available on site! (over 90 vehicles can be parked) Our locations offer a magical setting to help make your day unforgettable! Did I mention that we are located on a ten-acre family estate nestled in the heart of La Tuna Canyon, less than 10 minutes from Burbank Airport,15 miles from Downtown Los Angeles, and 20 miles from LAX! Our home offers a unique experience for those who enter. We also have private bathrooms, golf carts, wheelchair accessibility, picture vehicles, and lodging on site. General Rules

We require a 50% LOCATION DEPOSIT in order to reserve dates. Remaining 50% location deposit must be paid upon commencement of production. Cancellation and reschedule policy are 48-HOURS prior to the production date. a. If payment is not received by the day of the production, the property reserves the right to terminate the agreement and remove the production from the premises. Deposit is non-refundable. All trash generated by production companies must be cleared away and lawfully removed from LTL premises by the User. The LTL trash dumpsters are for LTL use only. Trash Cans are available around the property. No LTL items are available for use by Production unless granted by LTL management in advance and in writing. Respect and honor the space, as it is our family's home surrounded by mother nature.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
