About the Space

Expansive. Thoughtful. Simple. West & Wild's desert hacienda is perfect for lifestyle, clothing, or culinary shoots of all sizes. We recently finished a major renovation on this 1.5-acre property, giving the home a natural yet stylish feel. The hacienda is over 2,000 sq ft and is located in the up and coming Flamingo Heights neighborhood of Yucca Valley. The large home features high ceilings and big windows that let in that magic desert light (it's especially golden between 7pm-8:30pm). The home has a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen, a unique painted pool and over an acre of desert land. The house sleeps 10 across three bedrooms (two with en-suite baths) and a Moroccan-style loft with four Twin XL beds. It is within walking distance of La Copine, the best restaurant in the desert and is adjacent to hot spots like Pappy & Harriet's and Joshua Tree Park. The home is perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, music videos, fashion photography, styling shoots, adult shoots, and anything in-between. Past clients of ours include Urban Outfitters, Parachute Home, Coyuchi, and many more.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Eric was a great host and very responsive. The space has excellent natural lighting. Our favorite spot to shoot in was by the record player with wonderful window lighting.
