This entrancing and beautiful 10.5 acre ranch is smack dab in the middle of Los Angeles. Only 20 minutes away from Hollywood, Downtown LA, and just a few miles north of Burbank. This spot is perfect for horror, rustic, abandoned aesthetic shoots. On the property you will find private men and women’s bathroom facilities, on-site private parking, power throughout the location, and great vibes all around. We look forward to having you shoot on “the ranch”!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our venue has a strict COVID-19 maintenance protocol to ensure everyone is working in a safe space. LTL will have cleaned the locations/basecamp/green rooms/bathrooms prior to your arrival and restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized regularly. Trash cans and sanitation stations will be provided. All add-ons such as props and golf carts will be sanitized before use, if inquired. All trash must be removed and thrown away by the production. ALL Locations being used must be cleaned and swept before leaving the premises. To ensure safety, LTL requires every guest/production member to wear a mask at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
