A beautiful Soundstage, Recording Studio and Video Production Space in the heart of Kensington MD. We are convientely located near the Beltway and NW Washington DC. This space is home to Blue House Productions. One of the top audio and video production studios in the Washington Metropolitan Area. With high ceilings, large elevated stage, concert and daylight lighting, a grand piano, and a beautiful wooden treatment, this space gives clients and their guests unlimited options for: - Film/Video Production - Live Concerts - Audio Recording - Photo shoots - Private events - Live Streaming Amenities: -Restrooms -Wifi -Chairs -WiFi -Theatre and Daylight Lighting

The venue was amazing! The sound system is soooo good and Jeff?! Omg Jeff is the legit best in the game. This venue is a 10 out of 10 and I would most certainly book it again.

I rented the sound space for an event I threw full of underground hip hop music artists and the success of the show was due to everything the venue had to offer. With access to high quality sound systems, intricate lighting, and even a smoke machine we were able to comfortably pack out the venue full of engaged fans and made a night to remember with great help from Jeff and Daniel!
