We do not have a parking lot at our space, unfortunately. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood.

- No smoking indoors. - No loud music after 11pm. - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. -Please, no glitter. - Trash + Recycling should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. - All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Guests will sign a damage waiver to cover the cost of damage to any works of art present in the gallery during your event. All artwork must remain on the walls during your event. Only under special circumstances, with prior consent from the gallery directors, may any works of art be removed or moved. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, art, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. We have discounts at several furniture rental spaces to accommodate your needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. We are happy to meet all of your special needs, so please directly consult with us for any special requirements.
