With our open floor plan and remarkable contemporary art collection, our gallery is perfect for: team meetings, off-sites, conferences, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions, coffee meetings, and anything else your team comes up with! Our 1,000+ sq ft space is located in the heart of Uptown on the corner of 17th and Downing. Features: - open floor plan for easy modification of furniture design - 2 large wooden tables -2 folding tables and 24 chairs on site - Dimmable lighting - 14 foot ceilings - A storage/staging area For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - In-house coffee services: $2/head - Flatware to serve 25 guests: $50 - Audio Equipment: $20 -Discounts at local rental agencies for all of your needs There is one restroom, located down a set of stairs and ground level access for easy load in and out. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. The space was originally built in the late 1890's and has many original qualities still intact. It served as a flower shop, a yoga studio, the first Colorado Free University, and a photography studio prior to becoming an art gallery in 2011. We are in the heart of the 17th Avenue corridor with a number of popular restaurants and bars nearby, ample off street parking, a coffee shop within the same building, Uber, AirBnb, and nearby grocery stores within 1/2 mile.

What a wonderful venue! We hosted 40-50 people for an engagement party in this space and it was just what we'd hoped for. The open floor plan promotes mingling but maintains the intimacy needed for a cocktail party. We loved the ability to make use of the venues tables, chairs and lounge furniture. The beautiful art exhibits were conversation starters with our guests and contributed to making the night feel extra special! It was an easy load in from the alley and we were thankful to have some staging areas in the basement. All in all it fit the bill and made for the perfect destination. Would highly recommend for private parties and gatherings!

I rented the Leon art gallery for a surprise party, with 50 guests. Eric was great and very easy to work with. Responses from Eric were always prompt and he provided the information that I needed. Eric allowed me to have some furniture delivered, balloons delivered, a bar service and a food truck out back. The venue is able to provide some foldable chairs and long foldable tables (that do require covers). The sound system was plentiful for the room. The art and exposed brick wall make for a great looking venue. The white wall at the entrance provides privacy, which is great for a surprise. The space out the back has just had new lighting installed and the party guests seemed to enjoy being out there with the food truck. I would not hesitate to rebook this space for a similar event, due to the helpfulness of Eric and the flexibility of the space.
