This space is a 1,300 square foot gorgeously lit natural light photography studio. The space features crisp white walls, white exposed ceilings and cement floors, along with fun & modern furniture. Hourly booking of this space ensures you get the whole studio to yourself for the duration of the booking. • White walls; ceiling • Concrete floors • Kitchenette • Couch, chairs & other misc props Space is perfect for: glamour shoots, boudoir, headshots, video interviews, product shots, commercials, family photos, engagement photos, maternity shoots, & much more. Unfortunately we do not have WIFI

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Christina was so helpful with finding the studio, as I was having a hard time finding it. She was available to call the day of and days leading up to the appointment with any and all information I would need! And the space is GORGEOUS! Definitely will be booking again.

Christina was direct and precise. She had all the information I needed after booking her studio. The studio's convenient location offered ample parking space and easy access. Upon entering the studio, abundant natural light flooded the room through large windows spanning the walls. The space was tastefully furnished with attractive furniture and props, complemented by the simplicity of the plain white walls. A cozy kitchen nook and changing area added practicality and convenience to the studio's layout. Overall, the experience left a positive impression. I will be renting this studio again in the future.

This is my second time using the studio and I could not recommend it enough! I love all the different furniture options and the natural lighting! The host is amazing and responds so fast!

The space was lovely and open! Perfect for what we were looking for, for a minimalist family shoot! Lots of props to choose from! A very nice place, thank you for letting us use it!! :)
