Our welcoming and comfortable training room is located in the heart of Gaithersburg, in the Kentlands neighborhood. We are one block from a wide range of restaurants, stores, and many more. Easy access to hotels and public transportation. OfficePro's training room is the ideal location to host your next training session. Less than 30 minutes from the nation's capital, OfficePro has the ideal training and meeting space located close to: Bethesda, Rockville, Potomac, Germantown, etc. The 800 Square foot training room is equipped with state of the art computers and up to date Microsoft Surface Hub, Crestron AirMedia for wireless screen sharing capabilities, and the room layout can also be customized. SPACE ACCOMMODATIONS + Ceiling-mounted projector + Projector screen + Tables and chairs + White Board and markers are available for your use + Lectern with computer + Wireless Screen Sharing ADDITIONAL SERVICES Coffee, soda, and snacks provided. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
