We are located in the beautiful historic Soulard neighborhood. Our space has so much natural light and a large open floor plan!
Gas fireplace, spiral staircase, 2 big bedrooms with barn slider windows that overlook the living space. Huge gourmet kitchen and 2 decks!
Perfect for photoshoots, filming videos, cooking, yoga and dance classes, art gallery, bridal & baby showers.
20-30 people can comfortably fit.
*SPECIAL NOTE : our weekends get booked with our overnight guests on Airbnb. This means if you are wanting to book for a Sunday, the earliest you would be able to arrive would be 3:00pm. Please let me know if you have any questions about Sunday rentals.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
