Modern Boston Offsite Space for Team Meetings, Retreats & Workshops Located in the heart of downtown Boston, Musicians Playground is a modern, spacious, and creative 3,000 sq. ft. meeting and offsite space designed to help teams connect, collaborate, and think more freely. This is not your standard corporate meeting room. With its open-concept layout, casual modern comfort, and inspiring creative atmosphere, the space is ideal for team offsites, strategy days, leadership retreats, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and team-building events. One of the biggest strengths of the space is its flexibility. In addition to the main gathering area, the studio includes 5 private breakout rooms, each featuring soft seating and a whiteboard, making it easy for teams to split into smaller groups for discussions, planning, and workshops before coming back together. For more formal meeting needs, the space includes a conference table that comfortably seats 12, along with additional soft seating nearby for up to 12 more guests. The main room is also equipped with a TV, projectors, two rolling whiteboards, and a sound system for music, giving teams everything they need to present, collaborate, and strategize throughout the day. The space is designed to feel comfortable, welcoming, and energizing, with amenities that help your team settle in and stay refreshed, including: -Bevi machine with still and sparkling water -Espresso machine and coffee -Soft seating throughout the space -Flexible layout for group discussion, breakout sessions, and presentations For teams looking to make the day even more memorable, we also offer Battle of the Bands, our signature music-based team-building experience. In this 2-hour, beginner-friendly experience, teams work together to learn and perform a hit song, with no prior musical experience required. The experience blends small- and large-group musical challenges in a way that is fun, supportive, energizing, and genuinely memorable.
