A customizable space with customizable service. **The space is fully enclosed with two glass sliding doors as of January 2020.** Streaming with natural light and equipped with A/V capabilities, the room can easily transform into a boardroom, a presentation space, a collaboration room with pods, or a mix in-between. Our dedicated staff will be here to make sure your event is successful. We have different styles of setups we provide. Listed below is what is commonly used Training; This setup can fit up to 50 guests and is provided with seating and training tables Presentation; This setup can fit up to 60 guests and is chairs only Mixer; This fun setup can fit up to 75 guests and we provide cocktail tables Available upon request: Digital marketing Speaker and Mic Conference phone High top table linens We also provide on-site venue coordination, complimentary parking for your guests, and water dispenser with cups. Pricing: Mon-Fri from 9am-6pm is $88/hour After-hours and weekend rate is $176/hour

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Beautiful working space and extremely friendly staff. Major issue was that this was not a closed space. Partitions used to block off. Our group had confidential items with very sensitive materials. We needed to book an additional space for privacy on day of. I would not book again for same type of event. However, would recommend for those needing smaller spaces that would allow for actual rooms.
