About the Space
We have 11 acres with a variety of settings for every type of filming situation including an indoor barn, outdoor corrals, riding arenas, ranch style house, hillsides, and an old pump house building, horses and dogs ( We have a senior dog sanctuary). The house is 1600 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have ample parking on site; in fact, we have been used just as a parking lot for over 50 cars and trailers. We have horses and riders available for filming as well. Prices start at $100/hour for small shoots. Prices vary depending on what portions of the property are needed as well as use of horses. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We filmed a short film here at Susan's property, and I couldn't recommend it more. An unbeatable location in a very convenient part of LA, this property transports you to another world with its variety of vast mountain landscapes and trails. The space itself lends itself to crew efficiency, with good landing zones for camera/sound teams to setup, and holding areas for cast as well. Horses are available, and they are all very, very well trained. We're so lucky we found this awesome space.
