Centrally located in the middle of Orange County right across Main Place Mall (Off the 5 and 22 Freeways). It is truly a versatile space. The ground floor may be used as a reception area for your event or pop-up retail store. The 2nd floor is the main event space and a there is a bonus room on the 3rd floor that may be used for photoshoots, video shoots, podcasts or a dressing room (available upon request and will depend on availability). The space is definitely super versatile for our photoshoot needs. There were a lot of backgrounds to shoot with between the three stories. The large floor to ceiling windows were a huge aspect and provided enough natural lighting for the second floor.

Beautiful space! We met on the second floor and had a team strategic planning meeting with 15 people. Lots of room and the host was able to provide additional folding chairs as well as very comfortable chairs and couches. Very clean, airy and bright space. A/C was awesome! We had breakfast and lunch breaks and a lot of room on the kitchen counters for the food. Parking was easy and on the premises and food/restaurants are surrounding the space so it was easy to order catering. The host was very responsive and immediate and answered all of our questions. Had a great meeting and everyone enjoyed being outside of an office space and felt really comfortable and creative. Will use this host again on peerspace and highly recommend.

Adrienne and her 3-floor loft was the perfect venue that was convincingly disguised as an art-show to be our proposal spot. Despite the power for the entire neighborhood going out, Adrienne and her team immediately sprung to work to light candles and setup emergency lighting which made the perfect romantic atmosphere. She was communicative weeks beforehand, on the day-of, the moment the power went out, throughout setup, and through cleanup. Everyone who saw the space thought it was extremely charming and cute; although we had to adjust due to the wet weather and wind to move the planned half-outdoor/half-indoor setup to a fully indoor "art show," the multiple floors provided the flexibility and space to execute such a last minute change. What resulted was a memory for a lifetime and an experience I would recommend anyone who was looking for a pop-up shop, photo/video space, or an actual art exhibit to definitely consider.
