Our 1500+ square foot loft is PERFECT for any gathering: baby showers, receptions, art shows, birthdays, sporting events, corporate/office parties, workshops, network marketing events, seminars, retail pop-up stores and more! Centrally located in the middle of Orange County right across Main Place Mall (Off the 5 and 22 Freeways). It is truly a versatile space. The ground floor may be used as a reception area for your event or pop-up retail store. The 2nd floor is the main event space and a there is a bonus room on the 3rd floor that may be used for photoshoots, video shoots, podcasts or a dressing room (available upon request and will depend on availability). We hosted a team retreat and loved the space. There are three levels, two of which guests have access to. The first floor has a couch, round table with chairs (and podcasting equipment), and a desk with a computer. It worked well for a smaller breakout space. The second floor is the main floor with a kitchen, dining room table, and living room (pictures were accurate). I recommend bringing your own ice/cooler as guests do not have access to utilize the refrigerator. There is no longer a tea kettle. The coffee maker was not available, however the host offered fresh coffee from one of the local shops to our group. Overall we would highly recommend!

This was a great space for an event. I received a lot of compliments of the lay out and can only credit that to the host. Adrienne was very responsive and accommodating and I appreciate her helping me throw a memorable event.

Brought my team of 10 to Adrienne’s space for a few hours to plan out some goals for the next 6 months. It was the perfect amount of space for us. We stayed on the 2nd floor where there was a kitchen, restroom, lounge area & big glass table for us to plan at. We also used the TV, plugged in a laptop via HDMI, so everyone could see the notes being taken. Space was clean. We had the roll-up door half-way open for a nice breeze & fresh air. Would definitely come back here!

The place is clean & trendy. Have everything you need it for party fridge, oven, sink etc. I was able to change the date of the party without a problem. Great communication with the host.

The space is definitely super versatile for our photoshoot needs. There were a lot of backgrounds to shoot with between the three stories. The large floor to ceiling windows were a huge aspect and provided enough natural lighting for the second floor.

Beautiful space! We met on the second floor and had a team strategic planning meeting with 15 people. Lots of room and the host was able to provide additional folding chairs as well as very comfortable chairs and couches. Very clean, airy and bright space. A/C was awesome! We had breakfast and lunch breaks and a lot of room on the kitchen counters for the food. Parking was easy and on the premises and food/restaurants are surrounding the space so it was easy to order catering. The host was very responsive and immediate and answered all of our questions. Had a great meeting and everyone enjoyed being outside of an office space and felt really comfortable and creative. Will use this host again on peerspace and highly recommend.
