About the Space
HUGE 3200 sq ft Modern LUXURIOUS home PERFECT for Offsite: small to medium sized corporate meetings or yoga retreat or many other events. This home was recently built in 2015 by local renowned builder Scott Donough and was designed with luxury in mind. The interior is very well appointed with high end furniture and finishes. This spacious home is 3200 sq ft on two separate floors. Features 5 bedrooms + 1 den (that could also be used as a 6th bedroom) and 3 full baths. You'll sleep well on any bed because every bed has a Temperpedic mattress! There's 5 Samsung 4K LED Smart TVs. Living room features a Bluetooth audio system that plays through built in speakers and has a beautiful gas fireplace. Lay Out of the Home: - The Den/office: A great midcentury-inspired area which could be used as a great breakaway space - The Orange Room: It has a Mid-Century-inspired vibe with a King size bed and a very comfy Tempurpedic memory foam mattress and a 58" Samsung 4K TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime - Kitchen: Very open kitchen with gas stove and fully stocked with tons of spices, utensil, kitchenware, pots, pans, bowls, plates, and silverware that you need to cook up a feast for your friends and family, and 4 bar stools seating at the kitchen island The Living room: - Open and comfy living room with a gas fireplace, 75" Samsung 4K TV with surround sound, and two sofas - Dining Room with seating up to 8 people with 2 extra chairs - Outdoor patio area with propane BBQ grill The second level consists of: - 2nd living room area: Features a large comfy sectional that could sleep up to 2 people, 58" Samsung 4K TV with Netflix, PS4 is also provided for entertainment, as well as numerous classic board games - The Abstract-inspired Master bedroom with ensuite Featuring a California King sized Tempurpedic memory foam mattress, a 58" Samsung LED 4K TV with Netflix and a very large master bath with a luxurious tub and walk-in closet - The Contemporary-art inspired room: Featuring a more contemporary feel with very comfy King sized Tempurpedic memory foam mattress, a 55" Samsung LED 4K TV with Netflix - The Glam Room: Featuring a very glamorous vibe with Queen size bed with very comfy Tempurpedic memory foam mattress and 46" Samsung LED TV with Netflix - The Woodsy Room: Featuring a more rustic vibe woodsy vibe with very comfy dual Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses - Laundry room featuring Samsung washer and dryer - Parking: You will have access to park in up to 2 garages and there is an additional space for up to 4 cars in the driveway

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Was a great space for filming.
Easy and fairly quick booking process with good communication between Tommy and I, However I booked my time for 4 hours starting at 4pm, my team an I got to the house at 5;30 and hour and a half after my booked start time and the cleaners were still there and had informed us that they had not received any heads up or communication from the host then having to wait another twenty or so minutes for them quickly finish up with everything, kind of annoying but the cleaners were very nice. I tried to communicate with tommy to maybe compensate just that 30 minutes that we had to wait for the cleaners to finish up which i thought was reasonable considering we were already an hour an a half past when we were supposed to originally start and they were still there, but there has been no further communication since the book-in info to start with. Never the less, inside of the house was very clean and nice and the photos are as advertise on the website. The outside grill area chair and table could use a little better cleaning tho, I did enjoy my video shoot here for the most part.

You NEED to have additional lights, something I was not prepared for. The lighting is mainly overhead lighting, and the bulbs are very cold. I would prefer warmer lights versus white lights or cold temp lights. The weird thing is that some lights were warm and others were cold, so the white balance was different per room, making it hard to adjust the camera all the time. The space itself was clean and nice. Parking was easy, so if you prepare for lights, you should be good to go.
