All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
HUGE 3200 sq ft Modern LUXURIOUS home PERFECT for Production: film and photo shoots, from portrait sessions to music videos. This home was recently built in 2015 by local renowned builder Scott Donough and was designed with luxury in mind. The interior is very well appointed with high end furniture and finishes. This spacious home is 3200 sq ft on two separate floors. Features 5 bedrooms + 1 den (that could also be used as a 6th bedroom) and 3 full baths. You'll sleep well on any bed because every bed has a Temperpedic mattress! There's 5 Samsung 4K LED Smart TVs. Living room features a Bluetooth audio system that plays through built in speakers and has a beautiful gas fireplace. HOUSE RULES
PLEASE HAVE ALL GUESTS READ HOUSE RULES
1.) We love our home so please treat it as if it’s your own.
2.) NO SHOES in the house at any time. We try to keep the house clean for all guest and especially children. Any signs of shoes in the house will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.
3.) NO PARTIES and NO PETS.
4.) No makeup on the white towels. I provide black facial towels for makeup removal.
5.) If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
6.) DO NOT overload the washer and dryer.
7.) Please be respectful of our neighbors.
8.) Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am which coincides with the Renton noise ordinance.
9.) No smoking inside the house. This will result in a $500 additional fee if any odor is detected.
10.) Please only smoke in the backyard patio area, and discard buds into the receptacle provided outside.
11.) Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
12.) HAVE FUN!!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
