About the Space
This center is near 10, 15, 60 & 210 freeways with access off of Winston. Offering high visibility and a Haven Avenue address, property is minutes from Ontario International Airport, convention center, Ontario Mills, restaurants, and hotels. Features include lavish landscaping, elaborate water feature, and abundant exterior lighting. This is a wonderful large conference room that seats up to 12 guests. There are lots of natural light, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi and a conference phone is included, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen . Free parking for you and your guests. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate!

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

* How responsive was the host? - Very quick, polite, and helpful. *What activity did you do in the the space? - We help a training meeting for 3 days. The front desk gal was very rude and not helpful at all. You could tell she did not want to be there. We arrived 10 mins early. They let us in to set up. We went out to our car to get our supplies. We tried to open the door and it was locked. The front desk girl would not open the door again for us until 8:30. She then said to us, " We did not open until 8:30", even though we had already been inside. She was also rude to the catering company who delivered food for our meeting as well. We will NOT ever book at this location again for future meetings.

Sarah was very accommodating and the conference room was just as described in the pictures! Comfy chairs, all the technology worked well, we were able to lock up the room when we went out to lunch, the bathrooms were nice and clean, and there is a little kitchen with coffee and tea. Great meeting space and location with plenty of parking and easy to find.
