All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Older, Modest home in View Park area, blocks from historic Leimert Park. Quiet. Easy access, one block WEST of Crenshaw Blvd., directly behind View Park Charter School. Nipsey Hussle Square is located three blocks SOUTH at Slauson Avenue and Crenshaw Blvd. Leimert Park is a few blocks to the NORTH. Straight shots from the 10 and 405/90 freeways.

Lighting description
Natural light is brightest mornings to early afternoon in Living and Dining rooms, Breakfast nook and Kitchen. Den is dark and does not have an abundance of natural light. Office area in rear of house has very good lighting from late morning to sundown. Light colored drapes in Dining, Breakfast nook and office areas. No coverings in kitchen and dark drapes in Livinf Room.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Neighbors can be heard occasionally. Sirens, motorcycles and loud engines can be heard indoors. Heater and dryer can be occasionally heard if turned on.

Equipment loading description
Approximately 10-15 steps at front entrance. Approx. 5-10 steps at side entrance to rear of house, and also, a driveway and walkway that have small inclines
Staging area is available
Possibly den, if not used for filming/shooting. Backup would be dining area.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Bedrooms unless specified.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Electrical outlets are old and not grounded for triple plugs. Extension cords and adapters will more than likely be needed. Unfortunately I do not know the power rating of my home.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
There is no smoking indoors or outside - not in the back yard, not in the front yard, not on the side of the house. No pets are allowed. Please refrain from entering off-limit areas. Please leave things the way you found them or better. Please check with city re parking permits for the neighborhood!
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Put things back where you found them, how you found them. Try to leave the space better than how you found it. 😊

Thandi was stellar! She was extremely helpful throughout the process and incredibly accommodating. To top it off, her house was EXACTLY what we were looking for for our project. It is filled with character and undeniable charm. I would work with Thandi again in a heartbeat.
