About the Space
This terraced backyard has three levels of Arizona stone with lush plantings in between. There is a fountain on the lower level and views of downtown Hollywood and Capitol Records from the second and third terrace. The first terrace has ample room to set up a seamless background and outlets for additional lights as needed. The space comes with a modest bathroom and bedroom that can be used for wardrobe changes as needed. There is some outdoor furniture but for the most part, it is very open. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Loved our evening in this space! Absolutely gorgeous and Andre was so kind and helpful. The view is stunning, but be aware there are a lot of stairs and they can be steep. Be careful if you're in heels!
