An innovative, beautiful Brooklyn photo, film & video rental studio located on the waterfront in Sunset Park. The bright, tasteful space built with myriad roles—from chef to director to food stylist to producer—in mind. The 3,600-square-foot space, airy yet private and intimate feeling, is equipped with everything needed to able to walk in and start shooting, host a launch, or throw a dinner party. The Studio has done all the prep work for you: Dedicated spaces to shoot while simultaneously cooking to be ready for the next frame or segment, and to tackle retouching after you’ve wrapped shooting. Polished and stocked with every professional touch to make a shoot or event a smooth process and total success, the Studio is truly enjoyable and inspiring to spend time in. Despite its generous square footage and excellent layout and flow, it’s serene and comfortable, not sterile or stark. To wit: the Gourmet Kitchen and Prep Kitchen are clean-lined and tastefully conceived, rendered in a sophisticated color palette in lieu of impersonal, cold, endless expanses of white and marble. Filled with a distinct sense of place, the soothing, creative environs feel and function like a beautiful home, elevated with all means of professional equipment, finishes, and detailing. Enjoy incredible waterfront views with Northern exposure, which drench the Space in sunlight, while 14-foot ceilings, 200 amp service, HVAC cooling and heating, and state of the art finishes throughout ensure a comfortable, fully equipped work environment for everyone on the call sheet, whether situated in the Gourmet Kitchen, Prep Kitchen, Client Lounge for relaxing or dashing off emails and calls between shots, or Retouching Area equipped for all post-production work. There’s also designated Client Parking plus easy access via subway, ferry, or car, making the journey as effortless as the experience of cooking, shooting, editing, and hosting tastings at the space itself.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
