There was a bit of a mixup when we arrived, and the front desk told us we did not have a reservation. Then the front desk was gone for lunch, and there was no one to help us so we had to call the phone # at the desk. Someone helped us out, and the front desk lady came back but we had already situated ourselves at that point. She helped us get extra chairs and stay a little longer due to the late check-in.

The space we had was comfortable and had what we needed. We had a terrible experience with the internet and had several interruptions during zoom calls. However, when we reported this to our host, she was quick to respond and suggest a resolution that was fair and acceptable to the group.

The room was great for what I needed. The address of the place should be updated to say 9th floor because I went to the 11th floor since the address said suite 1100. It was a bit confusing and I'm glad I was able to get set up in time before my training began.
