All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This Conference and Meeting Room is in a one-story building located in Roseville, CA and have a unique architectural design inside and out and views of the surrounding area. Adjacent to freeway 65 (Interstate 80). There are restaurants and shops within walking distance in every direction and a few minutes away from the Westfield Galleria mall.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space is beautiful! The back french doors open out to a fountain on a patio, backed up by open space. The room is spacious, we hooked right in to the TV with the HDMI cable that was plugged in and ready. The table comfortably fit our group of 10 with room to spare. Iman, helped me find a caterer for our lunch, and made the experience easy and pleasurable. Highly recommend!
