Property includes primary house: a petite vintage handmade bungalow with a newly remodeled kitchen. The main house is surrounded by tropical plants, mature fruit trees, and flowers of all kind. The site includes various outdoor courtyards, natural plant backdrops, and an eclectic mix of themed zones and natural settings including: - An antique Moroccan-styled wall with fountain - Tropical RV with hanging hammocks - Hand carved Bali mural and daybed - Terraced garden surrounding flowing waterfall feature - Grass yard with stone-stepped pathway - Private courtyard with fountain and outdoor furniture - Ocean views from the upper lot, along with a small platform perched above the natural hillside/canyon. Frequented by wildlife including: hawks, deer, wild parrots, hummingbirds, squirrels, and more. Photogenic nooks and spaces everywhere. Professional cleaners are hired before and after each booking. We are only allowing groups of 10 or less and only accepting bookings that are 5 hours or more during Covid.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
