About the Space
We offer 1,000 - 4,000 square feet of production space available for video, film, photography and fine art uses. Green room(s) are available for an extra fee of $300 per day. We don't have additional lighting, backdrops or other equipment on site, we rent the space as a blank canvas. Located in the historic downtown Courthouse Square building, The Great Room has 10' windows & mid-century modern design. -Photography, art, music - $150/ hr -Film and video production - $1,400 - $3,000 flat rate for am/pm block rental Extras: -Green room(s) - $300 per room/day Additional complimentary amenities include: Sound system with 3.5mm jack (phone or iPad) HD projector and screen On-site event staff Kitchenette w/ microwave, refrigerator, kettle, counter space

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This is such a gorgeous venue! I had a wonderful experience with the host, Sheila, who was tremendously helpful to work with. I hosted my 40th birthday party here and the space easily accommodated approximately 50 of my guests. We took advantage of the wrap-around bar, had a dedicated bartender serving drinks and there was plenty of standing room and loads of seating options. The decor and overall aesthetic make this venue pretty special, I would definitely book an event here again and highly recommend the space!

Sheila continues to be a helpful host. The space continues to be as pictured. As we get into the winter months, there's less street noise which has reduced the outside noise for filming. We continue to enjoy this space for filming!

The host was appropriately attentive, responsive, and a delight to work with. Since we were filming several scenes, we liked the various options we had to use in the space. We picked up on bus, truck, and motorcycle noises outside. We just held for the noise and then continued. This is a coworking space, so we did have to manage minimal interruptions when people would enter the common area to use the printer, etc. Again, completely manageable, just something to be aware of. This has a loft feel and there is an eco, so we controlled for the eco with carpets and microphone set up. We're heading back in about a week for our next shoot in this space. Looking forward to it! 5 stars for the hospitality! Depending on how you're using this space, it's a great venue for events, but there are some things to be aware of if you're going to film so you can prepare accordingly.

Great rental - we used this to film a series of PSA’s against a backdrop, and the beautiful space more than accommodated that. Very spacious (to practice safe social distancing) and great hosts. Only downside? Prepare to haul your gear - but well worth it.
