Our "Bohemian Style Tropical Bali Home" will 'WOW' you and inspire you everywhere you look. We’ve personally designed much of the space and are so excited to share it with other creatives so they too can enjoy it. Our decor is a soft balance of 'Balinese & Bohemian' style. Many of our guests enjoy the fact that there is lots of natural light and plenty of options for shooting. The space is 'Perfect' for all sized productions and medium sized events. Easy onsite parking at your convenience, which makes moving equipment a breeze. MAIN SPACE INCLUDES: Living Room & Dining Area, Second Living Area, Kitchen, Restroom, and the entire Backyard. • Features Available as a ‘Add-On’ (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): EXTRA SPACES NOT INCLUDED: Beside our Main “Boho” Space (described above), our "Boho Bedroom" can also be added to your booking UPON REQUEST (through the Add-Ons Section), depending on availability, for a FLAT RATE. Please check out our "Add-Ons" section! • Below is a list of our Extra Add-Ons: - Photographer & packages available upon request. - Multi-Imagery, Sound, & Videography: are all part of our passions along with some amazing editing! - Models: for your Brand! If you had a cancellation and need a model with a flexible schedule we can usually accommodate. Ask for models profile in your request. - Massage therapist(s): can also be provided with your event booking.We offer Chair Massages to your guests and also if you are proposing or using our space for a romantic gesture, spa parties, or birthdays we can provide table massage with Licensed and Certified Massage Therapists. - Luxury Picnic Setting: is available upon request. *If you are planning on ONLY using the extra ‘Add-On’ spaces, a 25% discount will be applied to your overall booking. *Simply check out our new 'Add-Ons' section. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
