All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located 20 minutes north of Hollywood, our compound sits on 1/2 acre in the Santa Monica Mountain Conservancy. Our Pool and 1000 square foot Spanish style pool house, are available for photo and film shoots. The pool house is equipped with a Roku and a projector / viewing area. It houses a fully functional kitchen, full bathroom, pool table and dining area. There are multiple outlets, and tons of natural light via the many windows and skylight. The pool is equipped with hot tub, a few floaties, great loungers, gorgeous landscaping, a bubbling fountain, underwater night lighting, and more. We've had three very successful music video shoots in this location, and are excited to start sharing our space via peerspace.

Parking description
We can fit 5 cars in the driveway. 5 Cars in the rear entrance, and unlimited cars on the street.
We also have access for you to drive into the compound if you have a lot of heavy equipment.
General Rules
The areas for rent are the pool and pool house (a whopping 2000 sf!)
Requests may be made for other areas on the property, by special arrangement. Please keep your production confined to the pool area and pool house, Thank You.
Please no pets, our dog is territorial.
Please no glass by the pool - this is VERY important.
Smoking is allowed outside only.
We will be onsite to answer questions and help you as needed, and we will give you your privacy once you are situated.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Hosts were generous. It was a cold day and they left out a kettle and boxes of tea to keep warm. The grounds are quite pretty.
