The 11100 sq. ft. well-lit banquet room features beautiful hardwood floors, white walls, and natural light. This is the perfect location for your next birthday celebration, performance, team offsite, workshop, baby shower, reception, or conference. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Keith and company were amazing. Very helpful over the entire process of answering questions ahead of the event, setting up before and assisting in closing down. Ice and kitchen on hand along speakers, micophone and portable AC units. Plenty of tables and chairs, both round and rectangle. Thanks again Keith

I would highly recommend and certainly use the space again. We rented the room for a Celebration of Life for my Mom. When we arrived, Alan (Keith wasn't available) was on hand to let us in and help with the AV equipment setup. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and warm. They had air conditioners hooked up to help keep the room temp down. They also allowed us to use some fridge space to keep food cold until it was time to serve refreshments. This just helped make a tough day a little better.

We love this space! We had my 40th birthday party and it was everything we wanted. I also appreciated that the lights were dimmable so we could have a party mood. All our guests had a fantastic time. Keith was an outstanding host.

We pulled up to the venue and right outside the building where the front door is leading to inside the venue were homeless people and tents. The description of this place was very misleading. I feel like it should’ve mentioned that it was a warming center. Nonetheless, had a great party.
