About the Space
Located near the West Seattle Golf Course, our spacious venue is the perfect canvass for your next activity. The 11100 sq. ft. well-lit banquet room features beautiful hardwood floors, white walls, and natural light. This is the perfect location for your next film or photoshoot. FEATURES: - 12-foot ceilings - Dimmable lights - Tables and chairs for 110 people - AV equipment (digital projector, roll down screen, speaker) - 12' x 24' ADA Accessible lobby with restrooms - Good sized kitchen with prep space - Large double doors for easy load in and out - 6' x 16' elevated stage with stairs at each end

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This venue was perfect for our prom-themed Halloween party. It easily accommodated 30 guests, a buffet table, licensed bartender, mobile DJ, live band, professional photo station, several dining tables and a dance floor. We appreciated the on-site security, and everyone we worked with went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable event. I will definitely consider booking again for future parties! Many thanks to Keith and everyone on his team for making our party a success.

Overall good experience. Lots of supplies you could also use like ice machine, tables, chairs, kitchen supplies etc. good overall communication with the host. Easy to park and lots of parking for friends and family. The access to a sound system was also really great!

Keith and company were amazing. Very helpful over the entire process of answering questions ahead of the event, setting up before and assisting in closing down. Ice and kitchen on hand along speakers, micophone and portable AC units. Plenty of tables and chairs, both round and rectangle. Thanks again Keith

I would highly recommend and certainly use the space again. We rented the room for a Celebration of Life for my Mom. When we arrived, Alan (Keith wasn't available) was on hand to let us in and help with the AV equipment setup. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and warm. They had air conditioners hooked up to help keep the room temp down. They also allowed us to use some fridge space to keep food cold until it was time to serve refreshments. This just helped make a tough day a little better.

We love this space! We had my 40th birthday party and it was everything we wanted. I also appreciated that the lights were dimmable so we could have a party mood. All our guests had a fantastic time. Keith was an outstanding host.
