Feel free to bring any additional lighting or mic equipment. Our space is quiet and free of distracting noise that can ruin your sound quality. COVID 19 UPDATE 8/1/2020: In order to keep everyone who enters our office and rental space safe and to remain in compliance with Dekalb County ordinances, anyone in the space must wear a mask at all times. There are no exceptions to this rule. This includes while in the rental space, common areas, and restrooms. We are still limiting the total number of guests to 10. This includes the guest, speaker, assistants, and attendees. All others must wait outside off the property to prevent loitering. There is a park and a shopping center nearby. Food is not allowed at this time. Guests may have water or water bottles. Anyone needing a meal must exit to the outside of the building to eat. There are several restaurants nearby and a park for those needing space to eat. In order to keep our rates low, we do not typically provide onsite staff for your events unless requested for an additional fee. During this time and until further notice, we are hiring a staff person to be present during your entire event. There is a mandatory additional fee of $15/hour which has been added to the rental price. We are still implementing a mandatory cleaning fee of $25 per event until further notice. COVID 19 UPDATE: Starting 6/15/2020, we are opening our space back up for rentals. For the time being, we are limiting the occupancy to 10 people for the safety of you and your guests as well as clients and staff in our office space. We are also implementing a mandatory cleaning fee of $25 for all bookings. Conveniently located to I-85, I-285, and Midtown, this spacious event room is connected to a holistic healing practice including mental health therapists. The room is ideal for a professional workshop or lecture, business meeting, networking event, group therapy, or yoga/meditation class. The room is 17'1 x 28'6 that can hold up to 30 participants plus the 5 additional people including the host, speaker, or staff members. The rental rate includes 30 conference-style chairs, 5 foldable tables, and a mounted TV. Guests also have access to three, gender-neutral restrooms. Parking is free and abundant after 3 pm most weekdays and on the weekend. The grounds also include a ramp or stair access. ****UPDATE 11/1/19***** The room now has an individual cooling and heating unit to better regulate the temperature based on the size of the group. Forget your copies? Need to print something last minute? Wireless printing is available for an extra fee. Please inquire at booking. Please note that Evening and Weekend fees are $40/hour. Full weekend options are available. Please message for more details. Please note there is a $25 cleaning fee for any booking 6 or more hours and a $50 cleaning fee for weekend bookings.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
