Do you need professional space to host your online webinar or work meeting? Our room offers ample and professional-looking space as well as natural lighting. We supple a mounted TV with HDMI cord. Feel free to bring any additional lighting or mic equipment. Our space is quiet and part of a professional office suite. Conveniently located to I-85, I-285, and Midtown, this spacious event room is connected to a holistic healing practice including mental health therapists. The room is ideal for a professional workshop or lecture, business meeting, networking event, group therapy, or yoga/meditation class. We are limiting the total number of guests to 20. 5 folding tables are available for your use with 20 chairs for you and your guests. This includes the guest, speaker, assistants, and attendees. All others must wait outside off the property to prevent loitering. There is a park and a shopping center nearby. Food is allowed in our space. There is a Keurig and electric kettle in the room space. Coffee pods, tea bags, or other accompaniments are NOT provided as your rental. You are more than welcome to bring these items with you. If you would like to use these items, pleases notify us in advance so we can ensure you have access to water. In order to keep our rates low, staff members are not available throughout your rental time. Staff may be onsite though occupied with other tasks or meetings. You will be provided a contact number for a staff member in case you need anything. If you would like a staff member present during your rental time and who is available to assist during your rental time, there is an additional fee of $15/hour.
