Parking is free though a first-come, first-serve basis.

1. Please leave the room in the same condition as you found it including putting all trash in receptacles or bags and cleaning up any spills. The host will remove trash bags provided though you are responsible for removing other trash such as food cartons/containers and boxes. Our dumpster is located to the left side of the building. If you unstacked chairs, please restack them on the provided dollys (if applicable). 2. No glitter may be used. 3. Do not hang or mount to the walls. Any damage to walls may incur an additional repair fee to be determined upon assessment of needed repair. Please inform your host prior to leaving if any damage occurred. 4. No excessive noise (very loud music, yelling, etc) during business hours unless otherwise approved by the host. Please keep in mind that others may be working in the office space during your event. 5. Restrooms are located in the office space. Please ask guests to refrain from conversation while accessing the restroom. The staff member who greets you will show you the restroom at the start of your booking. 6. The space you have rented is the event room space with access to the restrooms. Please do not access other offices or rooms in the suite. Please do not set up in the common hallway or other areas of the office space. Please do not loiter in common areas of the building during your rental time. This could impact other businesses in the building. 7. The outdoor space is private property. Please ask guests to limit socializing to 5 minutes after the event has ended and you’ve vacated the rental area. If you need additional time to conclude or network, please contact your host to explore this option. 8. Please do not remove furniture from the hallways or other areas of the office space or common hallway. 9. Your rental time starts and ends at your designated time. This includes set up and break down/clean up. Guests who remain in the rental space more than 5 minutes after their end time will incur an additional fee of $30 for every half hour over the end time and time is rounded to the nearest half hour. For example, if your rental time ends at 5:00 and you remain in the space until 5:15, you are charged an extra $30. 10. Please contact us if your arrival time changes. In order to ensure someone is available to meet you, we NEED 48 HOURS NOTICE. If this is not provided, we cannot guarantee accommodation of the change. If you are not onsite 10 minutes after your start time, we will call and message you in the app. If you do not answer or arrive by 15 after, your booking may be cancelled as a no-show and you may not get access to your rental time. 11. If you are using materials such as glue, paint, or other products that can stain or be more difficult to clean, please provide table and floor coverings. Any substance that gets on the tables or floors and needs more than basic cleaning to remove, will incur an additional cleaning fee of $50. If you need table or floor coverings, please inform us and we can provide these for an additional fee of $5/ covering.
