About the Space
New construction 4 bedroom, designer furnished located in the Golden Hills neighborhood - where the cities of Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beach meet. There is a lot of natural light surrounding you in spacious rooms with high ceilings and tall doors. Open concept kitchen, dining area and living room. Kitchen has brand new, quartz countertops. Large Master Suite with soaring ceilings, cozy fireplace, large walk-in closet and balcony. 3 other bedrooms and large private rooftop deck. Large and clean garage for staging and setup of equipment. Private outdoor fenced yard with patio and grassy area. Street to street lot with ample free guest parking. Close to beaches, shopping and schools.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This was an incredible space, and our host Lisa was so kind and accommodating to our shoot's needs. We couldn't be more happy with how above and beyond she went (she even found us batteries for a light that we wanted!) and we really felt "at home" in the space. The house looked great on camera, and did the trick for what we needed. Excited to book again when we are in need of a space like this!

We had such a lovely time filming here! We were able to film for two different commercials since it was very versatile. The host was very communicative and accommodating as well.
