About the Space
Wonderfully spacious bohemian layout. Ideal for photo shoots and filming as house can seem like multiple locations. Great for parties and gatherings as well. over 4,000 square feet of space and 9,000 square foot lot. Location is everything. We are right under the Hollywood sign in an old school celebrity neighborhood in the foothills of Griffith Park. Walking distance to Franklin Village and it's charming shops and restaurants. 2 blocks from a gourmet market. Mere minutes drive to Universal Studios, The Walk of Fame, Paramount, Pantages Theater, Dodger Stadium, downtown and Griffith Park. Truly the heart of Los Angeles. Home has hardwood floors, huge gourmet kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 fireplaces, a pottery studio and guitars, a piano and drum kit. Large, tropical backyard with pool, multiple seating areas and al fresco dining under string lights. There is also a charming guesthouse and huge moroccan loft available for additional fee. Please inquire. Gated front yard with front sitting porch. Stack parking for multiple vehicles.
